Welcome The International Hein Simons Fan Club web site (www.heinsimons.com) has now been officially launched. Our goal is to bring you the latest news about Hein and from the fan club as well as historical information about Hein's music, movies, books and photos from his career. Heintje was born in The Netherlands on the 12th August 1955 and with 40 gold records and 10 platinum records by 1971 he quickly became the most popular boy artist in Europe. Heintje released songs in Dutch, German and English in the early years. With a tour to South Africa in 1975 and again in 2003 Hein released songs in Afrikaans. The International Hein Simons Fan Club was formed in The Netherlands in 1998 to cater not only for local fans but across the world. Currently, the club has members from Australia, Belgium, Canada, Luxemburg, South Africa, The Netherlands and the United States of America. |
